Who we are

We own the properties, so we felt the problem before we built for it.

Secondly Homes is a proptech product studio in Alexandria, Virginia. We design and build websites, AI automation, data tools and internal software for real estate brokerages, agents and landlords across Northern Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Everything here, we built for ourselves. We are now taking on our first outside projects.

Who builds websites for real estate agents in Northern Virginia?

We do. We are in Alexandria and we build for agents, brokerages and landlords across Northern Virginia — Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax — as well as West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we will not pretend otherwise. You get scope, price and timeline in writing before anything starts, and we will tell you if the job is smaller than you think.

Who owns the work when it is finished?

You do. The code, the accounts and the domain are in your name from day one, so you can take it in-house or hand it to someone else without untangling anything first.

Have you built for anyone other than yourselves?

Not yet, and we would rather say so. Doughy, Doughy Rentals and George to Ben are all ours — built, shipped and still run by us. We are taking on our first outside projects now.
